Riverside Reset Yoga Retreat

Come along and join me at the stunning Riversdale Lodge, just outside of London, for a weekend of:

Cold water wild swimming - which is COMPLETELY OPTIONAL and I know is not everyone’s cup of tea, but one of my absolute favourite things to do, so if you would like to join me I promise you won’t regret it (but if you’d rather stay warm and dry, I totally understand that too)

Or maybe you would prefer some time to yourself in between classes, to read, to sleep, to be present, or perhaps practicing your own meditation in the riverside private Meditation Orb.

Accommodation
Riversdale Lodge is the most beautiful and charismatic house, nestled on the banks of the River Thames, just outside of London.
This large and spacious house has more than enough room for everyone, a huge yoga studio in the middle of the house, floor to ceiling windows downstairs leading to lots of gorgeous natural light, along with cosy and luxurious 2/3 person bedrooms.
​As well as all of the amemnitis in the house, there is a roof terrace, a private meditation orb, decking leading straight into the river, a large lawn and a stunning terrace directly outside the kitchen.

Free Time (including optional massage/treatment)
2:00pm-3:30pm Countryside Walk (or time to relax and read at the house/by the river - however you want to spend your time)

Retreat Prices

Retreat prices start at £575 per person, with a £150 deposit due now to secure your place, and the remaining balance due by 26th April 2024.
This price includes:
- 2 nights accommodation
- all yoga and workshops
