Vinyasa, Yin & Mindfulness Workshop:

- The Glutes & Leg Flow -

Join me on the 20th June 2020 for an afternoon of Vinyasa & Yin, with a particular focus on strengthening the legs and the glutes!

This will be the perfect opportunity to take a bit of time out and look after yourself. Starting with some meditation and mindfulness before we work through a leg strengthening flow, including some core drills you can take home with you to practice yourself, playing around with some balances and inversions, then finishing the class with a super relaxing and nourishing Yin Yoga hour, giving the muscles some time to rest and focussing our attention on the deeper connective tissues, the fascia and the joints.


This workshop is open to all levels, it will be a fun and playful class with absolutely no expectations. Just a chance for you to switch off for a few hours and draw your focus inward, starting with some mindfulness to help you ease into the afternoon and of course finishing with a long and peaceful Shavasana.
