My name's Indi Mountain, and I'm a London based yoga teacher, specialising in Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Pre/Post-Natal Yoga.
I started practicing yoga in 2012 and found yoga instantly had such an amazing and positive impact on my life. Over the years my once weekly practice developed into so much more, eventually leading me to India where I did my first yoga teacher training in 2018.
My yoga journey started as a means of building strength and staying fit, but quickly developed into something much deeper when I really started to notice the calming, grounding and mindful benefits of a regular yoga practice.
Plucking up the courage to leave my 9-5, travel to India and pursue my passion as a yoga teacher was the best decision I've ever made.
I now teach classes embodying both a strong physical practice and nourishing breath work / mindfulness, building strength and working safely towards poses, as well as building focus and awareness through the breath, the mind and the body.
I teach private yoga lessons around London and am available for corporate classes too.
